of Music and Dramatic arts) exams now. The first exam was
grade three, I had to say two poems,I chose "The Bongaloo" by Spike Milligan

.
For this exam I got Distinction, the second highest mark. In the same year I performed
in a play the workshop did in The Elgiva Theatre, Chesham

My second exam was
my Grade 4 for this I had to learn "The scorpion" by Roald Dahl and an extract
from "Flour Babies" by Anne Fine then recite them to the examiner. I also had to
answer some questions about the two pieces. I also had to sight read a piece of prose
( an extract from a story.) For this exam I got pass the lowest grade L
My
third exam was my grade 5 again I had to learn an extract from a book which I
chose "Black Beauty" by Anne Sewell my second piece was a poem called
"Old Mrs.
Thing-um-e-bob" by Charles Causley and sight read a new piece I had never seen
before. For this exam I got Distinction.
Kite flying
Unlike some people I like it when it is windy because I like to fly my dad's
kite (wind foil) a 2.2 meter and has two strings. I have been flying kites for 2
years when my
dad first got into flying kites. My dad has an even bigger kite which is 3
meters and has four strings. I very rarely fly this kite because it is so
powerful!! Below are some picture of me in
action:

Metal
detecting
The last of my 3 favorite hobbies is metal detecting. I enjoying finding new
things because you never know what will be under the ground! The places where we
have found most of are things are Barn Meadow, in our garden, Meadow Farm and
Chorleywood Common. We have 18 old one penny coins the oldest is from 1902. We
also have several three penny coins, half penny coins.
